Need a hand with your setup?

Talk to the Youform team
Is Twilio a native integration?
Yes. Connect Twilio in Youform’s SMS Provider settings for phone verification.
Which plan do I need?
Phone verification requires Youform Business and your own Twilio account. Twilio usage charges apply separately.
Can I use verification inside a multi-question group?
Use a standalone Phone Number block. Verification is not available inside groups.
Can I send follow-up messages through Twilio?
For separate message workflows, connect Youform through Zapier and choose an available Twilio action. This is different from native phone verification.
