A custom form that needed engineering time to change
Before Youform, Gumlet used its own custom-coded onboarding form. Changing the questions, options, or other details meant asking the engineering team to make those updates.
“We had our own form (custom coded), but we have to go back to the engineering team for any changes to make in the questions/options or anything else.”
Easier changes and a better experience
Gumlet now uses Youform for its onboarding form. Anshul says it is easier to modify and the user experience is better. He also reports higher completion rates.
