Open the CertFusion setup guideGenerate a Youform API token
In your Youform account settings, create an API token. You will paste this into CertFusion to securely connect the two accounts.
Authenticate in CertFusion
Open CertFusion’s Manage Integrations page and add your Youform API token to connect the accounts.
Map your form fields
Choose which Youform questions hold the recipient's name and email address, and optionally map extra answers to custom certificate fields.
Turn on auto-issuance
Enable automatic issuing so a certificate is generated and emailed the instant a form is submitted. CertFusion registers a webhook on your Youform form to activate it.
Collect submissions
Share your form. Every completed submission triggers a personalized certificate, delivered to the respondent's inbox automatically.

What does the CertFusion integration do?
It adds certificate automation to Youform: when someone submits your form, CertFusion automatically generates a personalized certificate and emails it to them. It is ideal for course completions, event attendance, training, and credentials.
How do I connect Youform to CertFusion?
Generate an API token in your Youform settings, add it on CertFusion's Manage Integrations page, map the form fields that contain the recipient's name and email, then enable auto-issuance. CertFusion registers a webhook on your form to trigger certificates on submission.
Is this a native integration?
Yes. CertFusion built a direct integration with Youform using Youform's API and webhooks, so you do not need Zapier or Make in between. Certificates are issued automatically the moment a form is submitted.
