How to connect Youform with CertFusion
Generate a Youform API token
In your Youform account settings, create an API token. You will paste this into CertFusion to securely connect the two accounts.
Authenticate in CertFusion
Open CertFusion's Manage Integrations page and add your Youform API token. Your token is encrypted and stored securely.
Map your form fields
Choose which Youform questions hold the recipient's name and email address, and optionally map extra answers to custom certificate fields.
Turn on auto-issuance
Enable automatic issuing so a certificate is generated and emailed the instant a form is submitted. CertFusion registers a webhook on your Youform form to activate it.
Collect submissions
Share your form. Every completed submission triggers a personalized certificate, delivered to the respondent's inbox automatically.
