  1. Add the Youform plugin

    Open the listing and choose Install plugin. Sign in to ChatGPT if prompted. Availability can depend on your plan and workspace settings.

  2. Connect your Youform account

    Follow the connection prompts, sign in to Youform, and review the requested access before approving it. You do not need to paste a Youform API key.

  3. Ask for your first draft

    Start a new conversation and select Youform from the @ menu, or ask ChatGPT to use Youform. Describe your form, review the questions, then ask to publish when it is ready.
