At Youform, we provide a self-served subscription cancellation. You can anytime go to your dashboard and cancel your subscription by accessing your billing portal. Your subscription and your pro feature access will be revoked only after the end of your billing cycle.
We have a no refund policy for any of the following conditions, including but not limited to:
- You forgot to cancel your subscription
- You change your mind
- You only wanted to try pro features
- You don't find the features you need
We do provide refunds in some special cases only when there is a technical issue that you faced. In that case, you can reach out to us at [email protected], and we will do the needful.
What if I want to try Pro features?
Although we provide a very generous free plan, so you might get the feel of how Youform works, there is no need to get a trial for the pro feature. But still, we understand if you want to try some PRO feature before purchasing. You can request for a trial by sending an email at [email protected].
